Mobile-unfriendly emails are no fun. Uninviting and impossible to read on a phone, they create the opposite of brand love.

So we reinvented the way Delta does email, making them largely visual, more conversational in tone, and easy to scroll through on mobile devices. Open and click-through rates took off (apologies, bad pun).
